An upper-layer moving parking plate is driven by a driving devicethrough a transmission structure to move in the vertical direction, the side surface of the upper-layer moving parking plate is pivoted to the inner-side end of a rotating plate, and the rotating plate is driven to rotate by the driving device through the transmission structure; the upper-layer moving parking plate and a lower-layer fixed parking plate are overlapped, the shared bikes can be parked on the upper-layer moving parking plate, and the outer-side end of the rotating plate abuts against the ground at the moment; when the upper-layer moving parking plate is full of the shared bikes, the upper-layer moving parking plate and the rotating plate move synchronously upwards, the outer-side end of the rotating plate is higher than the upper-layer moving parking plate, and after the upper-layer moving parking plate stops moving upwards, the shared bikes can also be parked in the space between the lower-layer fixed parking plate and the upper-layer moving parking plate. Parking spacesfor the shared bikes are no longer lined areas and are easier to recognize, and the chaos caused by wrong parking of the shared bikes can be solved effectively.
