Sound insulation chambers are formed in the positions, corresponding tothe middle positions of the two buffer chambers, of the inner sides of the two double-cavity support plates. The sound insulation chambers are internally filled with sound insulation mechanisms. Compared with traditional components, the double-cavity support plates of the ultralow energy consumption building external window have higher toughness. Through the sound insulation mechanisms additionally designed to the insides of the sound insulation chambers, the sound insulation effect of the ultralow energy consumption building external window is achieved, and the sound insulation property of the ultralow energy consumption building external window is greatly improved. Meanwhile, loss of part of heat of the double-cavity support plates is reduced, and therefore, the low-consumption functionis achieved.
