Nanometer anti-freezing and anti-cracking gypsum block
The invention relates to the field of building material product gypsum blocks. A purpose of the invention is mainly to solve the problem that the anti-freezing and anti-cracking capabilities of the waterproof gypsum block are not super strong. According to the scheme, the method is characterized by comprising the following steps: respectively and directly adding a proper amount of ethylene glycol,nano silica sol, acrylate or vinyl acetate, tung oil or castor oil and a glue into water to form an aqueous solution, and adding gypsum powder to produce gypsum blocks; or adding fine sand or thermalinsulation cotton (refractory cotton) into the gypsum powder to produce gypsum blocks. According to the invention, a proper amount of ethylene glycol and tung oil or fine sand or thermal insulation cotton (or refractory cotton) are added to prevent freezing, and acrylate or vinyl acetate and castor oil and tung oil are added to prevent cracking and water, so that the anti-freezing and anti-cracking capacity and the waterproof and weathering-resistant capacity of the gypsum block are enhanced.
