Nanometer anti-freezing, anti-corrosion and waterproof gypsum block
The invention discloses a building material product gypsum block technology. A purpose of the invention is to solve the anti-freezing, anti-corrosion and waterproof problems of gypsum blocks. According to the scheme, ethylene glycol, tung oil, castor oil, ethanol (or other alcohols), a silica gel desiccant, nano silica sol and a glue are used as a formula or respectively used as waterproof raw materials to produce the anti-freezing, anti-weathering and waterproof gypsum block; or heat preservation cotton or refractory cotton and fine sand gypsum powder are added to produce an anti-freezing andanti-corrosion gypsum block, or ethylene glycol, tung oil, castor oil, a silica gel drying agent, ethanol (or other alcohols), nano silica sol, heat preservation cotton or refractory cotton and finesand are added to produce an anti-freezing, anti-corrosion and waterproof gypsum block, wherein ethylene glycol, a silica gel drying agent, fine sand and heat preservation cotton are added for freezing prevention, tung oil is added for corrosion prevention, and ethyl alcohol is added for freezing prevention and adhesion assistance.
