The invention relates to a manufacturing method of high fluidity granule powder for a ceramic tile, and a manufacturing method of the ceramic tile by means of the high fluidity granule powder for theceramic tile, wherein the manufacturing of the high fluidity granule powder for the ceramic tile comprises the following steps of manufacturing the granule powder for the ceramic tile; manufacturing saturated fatty acid coating liquid; and coating the saturated fatty acid coating liquid on the surface of the granule powder for the ceramic tile for obtaining the granule powder for the ceramic tile,which undergoes the saturated fatty acid coating liquid surface treatment. According to the method, the granule powder has excellent flowability and can be uniformly used in a forming molde for manufacturing the ceramic tile with a three-dimensional surface, and furthermore can copy with fluidity of the local stress.
本发明涉及一种瓷砖用高流动性颗粒粉末的制造方法及利用所述瓷砖用高流动性颗粒粉末的瓷砖的制造方法,其中,所述瓷砖用高流动性颗粒粉末的制造方法包括如下步骤:制造瓷砖用颗粒粉末;制造饱和脂肪酸涂覆液;以及在所述瓷砖用颗粒粉末的表面涂覆所述饱和脂肪酸涂覆液而获得通过饱和脂肪酸涂覆液表面处理后的瓷砖用颗粒粉末。根据本发明,流动性优异而能够均匀地分布在用于制造具有立体表面的瓷砖的成型模具内,并且可以确保能够应对局部应力的流动性。
