The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing high-fluidity granule powder for a ceramic tile, comprising the steps of: manufacturing granule powder for a ceramic tile; manufacturing a saturated fatty acid coating solution; and coating the surface of the granule powder for a ceramic tile with the saturated fatty acid coating solution to obtain a granule powder for a ceramic tile, surface-treated with the saturated fatty acid coating solution. The present invention also relates to a method for manufacturing a ceramic tile using the high-fluidity granule powder for a ceramic tile. According to the present invention, the granule powder has excellent fluidity, and thus can be uniformly distributed in a forming mold for manufacturing a ceramic tile having a three-dimensional surface, and flowability can be secured to cope with local stress.
본 발명은, 도자타일용 과립분말을 제조하는 단계와, 포화지방산 코팅액을 제조하는 단계 및 상기 도자타일용 과립분말의 표면에 상기 포화지방산 코팅액을 코팅하여 포화지방산 코팅액으로 표면처리된 도자타일용 과립분말을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 도자타일용 고유동성 과립분말의 제조방법 및 상기 도자타일용 고유동성 과립분말을 이용한 도자타일의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 유동성이 우수하여 입체표면을 갖는 도자타일을 제조하기 위한 성형몰드 내에 균일하게 분포될 수 있고 국부적인 응력에 대응할 수 있는 흐름성을 확보할 수가 있다.
