Zirconium oxide microsphere nanomaterial and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a zirconium oxide microsphere nanomaterial and a preparation method thereof. The nanomaterial is prepared from zirconium oxide wet gel and yttrium oxide stabilizer solution, wherein the mass percentage of yttrium oxide to zirconium oxide is 5-6 wt%, and the nanomaterial is obtained by reacting the zirconium oxide wet gel with the yttrium oxide stabilizer solution under theaction of ammonia water until gel points appear, sucking out the obtained supernatant, uniformly stirring with deionized water with the same volume, standing, carrying out material-water separation, and calcining the obtained material. The zirconium oxide microbead nanomaterial and the preparation method thereof solve the problems of insufficient wear resistance, insufficient strength and the likeof a zirconium oxide microbead powder material, and the obtained nanomaterial has excellent wear resistance and strength performance and can be applied to various harsh environments.
本发明公开了一种氧化锆微珠纳米材料及其制备方法,其由如下组分制备而成:氧化锆湿凝胶和氧化钇稳定剂溶液,其中氧化钇与氧化锆的质量百分比为5‑6wt%,是由所述氧化锆湿凝胶和氧化钇稳定剂溶液在氨水作用下反应至出现凝胶点,吸出上层清液之后与等体积的去离子水搅拌均匀静置后料水分离,所得物料经煅烧而得。与现有技术相比,本发明的氧化锆微珠纳米材料及其制备方法,解决氧化锆微珠粉体材料的耐磨性及强度不足等问题,所得纳米材料的磨耗及强度性能优异且可以应用在各种苛刻环境。
