Low-temperature sintering method of oxide ceramic
The invention provides a low-temperature sintering method of an oxide ceramic. According to the method, in a process that oxide powder is pressed into a biscuit and then sintered to prepare an oxide ceramic body, the powder contains aluminum oxide and/or an aluminum salt; or in a process that oxide powder and a solvent are mixed to form slurry, the slurry forms a thin film on a substrate, and thenan oxide ceramic thin film is obtained through sintering, the slurry contains aluminum oxide and/or an aluminum salt. According to the invention, with the method, a ceramic body and a ceramic film with compact structure can be obtained under the condition that a sintering temperature is reduced, and the obtained ceramic body has good electrical performance, so that the method is efficient and economical and has good application prospects.
本发明提供一种氧化物陶瓷的低温烧结方法。该方法在氧化物粉体压制为素坯后烧结制备氧化物陶瓷体的过程中,在粉体中包含氧化铝和/或者铝盐;或者,在氧化物粉体与溶剂混合形成浆料,在基底上将浆料形成薄膜后烧结得到氧化物陶瓷薄膜的过程中,在浆料中包含氧化铝和/或者铝盐。该方法能够在降低烧结温度的条件下获得结构致密的陶瓷体及陶瓷薄膜,且所得陶瓷体具有较好的电性能,因此高效、经济,具有良好应用前景。
