Integrated sintering method of oxide ceramic substrate
The invention relates to the field of electronic ceramic material preparation processes, in particular to an oxide ceramic substrate integrated sintering method which comprises the following steps: a, pre-sintering ceramic raw powder; b, carrying out ball milling treatment on the ceramic raw powder treated in the step a; c, performing spray granulation treatment on the ceramic raw powder treated in the step b to obtain ceramic pellets; d, preparing the ceramic material balls into a ceramic substrate green body; e, tidily stacking a certain number of ceramic substrate green bodies together through isolation glue; f, placing the stacked ceramic substrates in a high-temperature kiln for high-temperature sintering; and g, carrying out sand removal treatment on the sintered ceramic substrate. According to the invention, the conventional two processes of cooking and flattening of the ceramic substrate at present are successfully combined into one sintering process. Energy conservation and emission reduction in the production process are achieved, the production and manufacturing period can be shortened, and the high-quality and efficient manufacturing process of the ceramic substrate is achieved.
本发明涉及电子陶瓷材料制备工艺领域,尤其涉及一种氧化物陶瓷基板一体烧结方法,包括如下步骤:a、对陶瓷原粉进行预烧处理;b、将经过步骤a处理后的陶瓷原粉进行球磨处理;c、将经过步骤b处理后的陶瓷原粉进行喷雾造粒处理,得到陶瓷料球;d、将陶瓷料球制成陶瓷基板生坯;e、将一定数量的陶瓷基板生坯通过隔离胶整齐叠放在一起;f、将叠放在一起陶瓷基板放置在高温窑炉中进行高温烧结;g、对熟烧后的陶瓷基板进行除沙处理。本发明成功将目前常规的陶瓷基板熟烧、复平两个工序合并为一个烧结工序。既起到了生产过程的节能减排,又能缩短生产制造周期,实现陶瓷基板的高质量、高效制造过程。
