Track roadbed making method
The invention relates to a track roadbed making method and a track roadbed made by the method. The method comprises the following steps of: i) stacking railway ballasts into a railway ballast roadbedand tamping the railway ballast roadbed; and ii) applying a water-based polychloroprene dispersion-flocculant mixed system to the railway ballast roadbed, and carrying out curing molding together withthe railway ballast. The track roadbed making method provided by the invention is not influenced by the water content of the railway ballast and the environmental moisture, and can be used for continuous construction and intermittent construction. The construction efficiency is high, construction can be conducted in train operation intervals, traffic can be conducted after construction, and normal train operation is not affected. The track roadbed made by the method provided by the invention has long service life.
本发明涉及一种制备轨道道床的方法以及由其制备的轨道道床。所述方法包括以下步骤:i)将道砟堆积成道砟路基并夯实;ii)将水性聚氯丁二烯分散体‑絮凝剂混合体系施加到所述道砟路基上并与道砟一起固化成型。根据本发明的制备轨道道床的方法不受道砟含水量和环境潮气的影响,可连续施工也可间断施工。施工效率高,可在列车运行间隔中进行施工,施工后即可通车,不影响列车正常运行。通过本发明的方法制备的轨道道床具有长的使用寿命。
