CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF FILLING-UP ROADBED TRACK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve construction efficiency by reducing or dispensing with replacement work of ballast by using a filling-up material excellent in fluidity.SOLUTION: In a construction method of a filling-up roadbed track for solidifying a ballast roadbed 3A by injecting a filling-up material 6 into a ballast track 10 in which a sleeper 4 and a rail 5 are laid on the ballast roadbed 3A in which all over ballast 3 is laid on a roadbed 2, the construction method of the filling-up roadbed track is provided with a process of taking out the ballast 3 positioned on both sides of the sleeper 4 among the ballast 3 along the arrangement direction of the sleeper 4, a process of arranging impervious sheets 7A and 7B in a state of making a lower end part 7a reach the roadbed 2 in an excavation groove of both side parts of the sleeper 4 from which the ballast 3 is taken out and a process of injecting the highly-fluid filling-up material 6 into the inside ballast 3 of the mutual impervious sheets 7A and 7B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】流動性の良いてん充材を使用し、バラストの入れ替え作業を低減、或いは不要とすることで施工効率を向上させることができる。【解決手段】路盤2上にバラスト3を敷きつめたバラスト道床3Aにまくらぎ4及びレール5を敷設したバラスト軌道10に、てん充材6を注入することによってバラスト道床3Aを固化するてん充道床軌道の施工方法であって、バラスト3のうちまくらぎ4の両側に位置するバラスト3を、まくらぎ4の配列方向に沿って取り出す工程と、バラスト3を取り出したまくらぎ4の両側部分の掘削溝に、下端部7aを路盤2に到達させた状態で遮水シート7A、7Bを配設する工程と、遮水シート7A、7B同士の内側のバラスト3に高流動性のてん充材6を注入する工程と、を有するてん充道床軌道の施工方法を提供する。【選択図】図2
