The invention discloses a construction process of a dry-work hole cast-in-place pile penetrating through a karst cave. First, a dry-work method bored cast-in-place pile construction process is used toform a hole in an overbarden layer of the karst cave; then a filling body is prepared, and the filling body includes an inner core and an outer shell wrapping around the inner core; afterwards, the filler body is placed inside the karst cave in a compression state, and rebounded and unfolded in the karst cave; afterwards, a grouting guide pipe is used to pour cement slurry into the inner core ofthe filler body, and the cement slurry permeates into the inner core through a porous structure; after the cement slurry in the inner core of the filling body is solidified, excavating is carried outfrom the top of the filling body by using the bored cast-in-place pile construction process, after the filling body is penetrated, and forming hole in the lower part continues to be carried out untilthe drilling depth reaches the design depth of a pile body, drilling is stopped; and afterwards, a reinforcement cage of the pile body is lowered, concrete pouring of the pile body is carried out, andthe pile foundation construction is completed. The construction process adopts a brand-new method to solve the problem of slurry leakage in the construction of the cast-in-situ pile in a karst cave area, the construction is easy and the cost is low, and the construction process has a large value of popularization and application.
本发明公开了一种穿越溶洞的干作业孔灌注桩施工工艺,首先采用干作业法钻孔灌注桩施工工艺对溶洞上覆土层成孔;然后准备填充体,所述填充体包括内芯和包裹在内芯四周的外壳;之后将填充体在压缩状态下放至溶洞内部,回弹开展在溶洞内;之后利用注浆导管往填充体的内芯进行水泥浆灌注,水泥浆通过多孔结构渗入内芯的内部;等待填充体的内芯内的水泥浆固化后,采用钻孔灌注桩施工工艺从填充体顶部开挖,穿过填充体后继续向下部成孔,直至钻孔深度达到桩身设计深度时停止钻进;之后下放桩身钢筋笼,进行桩身混凝土灌注,完成桩基施工。本发明采用了一种全新的方法克服了溶洞区域灌注桩施工漏浆的问题,施工容易成本低廉,具有较大的推广应用价值。
