Pile casing device for cast-in-place pile construction in karst cave and cast-in-place pile construction method
The invention relates to the technical field of foundation and foundation engineering, and particularly discloses a pile casing device for construction of a cast-in-place pile in a karst cave and a cast-in-place pile construction method.The pile casing device comprises a straight-barrel-shaped upper pile casing, a straight-barrel-shaped lower pile casing and a plugging assembly arranged on the periphery of the lower pile casing in a surrounding mode; wherein the lower pile casing comprises a lining framework, a steel wire mesh layer and a waterproof cloth layer which are sequentially arranged from inside to outside; an opening pile shoe matched with the lining framework in diameter is fixed to the bottom of the lining framework. The waterproof cloth layer comprises a plurality of pieces of waterproof cloth which are in lap joint in sequence and cover the steel wire mesh layer, and the waterproof cloth is bound and fixed to the lining framework; a positioning hole matched with the top of the lining framework is formed in the bottom of the upper protection cylinder, and the lining framework is inserted into the positioning hole. The lining framework of the lower pile casing and the reinforcement cage form a double-layer longitudinal stress structure, the steel wire mesh layer and the waterproof cloth layer provide circumferential constraint for the concrete protection layer of the cast-in-place pile, and the cast-in-place pile which is high in strength, resistant to buckling and good in horizontal stability is formed.
