The invention discloses an anti-overturning fabricated pile structure and a construction method thereof, and relate to the field of buildings. The structure comprise a locking assembly, the locking assembly comprises a variable cross-section joint and an anti-overturning plate, the variable cross-section joint is of a circular truncated cone structure with a upper part narrower than a lower part,a hollow part allowing the variable cross-section joint to pass through and forming a locking state with the variable cross-section joint is arranged in the middle of the anti-overturning plate, and in a mounting state, the outer surface inclined plane of the variable cross-section joint is tightly connected with the inner surface inclined plane of the hollow part of the anti-overturning plate toform self-locking. The construction method comprises the steps of variable cross-section joint prefabrication, steel sleeve installation, concrete pouring of the variable cross-section joint, anti-overturning plate prefabrication, pile hole excavation, cement concrete pouring, steel bar pre-burying, variable cross-section joint installation, cement mortar pouring, anti-overturning plate installation and soil covering. According to the structure and the method, a cement concrete pile is well connected with the anti-overturning structure by designing a steel sleeve, pre-burying steel bars and pouring cement mortar, so that the situation that the anti-overturning capacity is improved by means of the mode of increasing the diameter and the length of the pile is avoided.
