The invention discloses a movable operating platform in an elevator shaft and a construction method. The operating platform comprises inclined pipes, first horizontal pipes, vertical pipes, second horizontal pipes, flitches and a top plate, wherein the multiple first horizontal pipes are arranged on upper oblique planes of the inclined pipes in parallel, vertical to the inclined pipes, and connected with the inclined pipes through right-angle couplers in a one-to-one correspondence manner; two of the four vertical pipes are connected with one first horizontal pipe through the right-angle couplers, and the other two vertical pipes are connected with another first horizontal pipe through the right-angle couplers; the four second horizontal pipes are arranged at the upper ends of the verticalpipes, and the upper ends of the four vertical pipes are connected with the adjacent second horizontal pipes through the right-angle couplers respectively; and the flitches are arranged on a well frame formed by the four second horizontal pipes, the flitches are fixedly connected with the well frame, and the top plate is fixed on the upper end surfaces of the flitches. The operating platform hasthe advantages of saving materials and labors, being short in construction period and the like.
