The invention discloses a movable construction platform in an elevator shaft. The movable construction platform comprises a rectangular platform bottom plate, four vertical rods, lifting rings and four fixing devices, wherein the four vertical rods are arranged at the four corners of the upper end face of the platform bottom plate correspondingly; the lifting rings are arranged at the upper ends of the vertical rods in a one-to-one correspondence mode; the four fixing devices are arranged on the four side edges of the platform bottom plate correspondingly; each fixing device comprises an n-shaped plate and a rectangular rod, wherein the n-shaped plate is welded to the upper end face of the platform bottom plate, the rectangular rod penetrates through the n-shaped plate, a plurality of threaded through holes leading to the rectangular rod are formed in the upper end face of the n-shaped plate, and a fixing bolt is installed in each threaded through hole; and under the action of the four fixing devices, although a certain distance exists between the platform bottom plate and the shaft wall of the elevator shaft, the platform bottom plate cannot move front and back and left and right, so that the platform bottom plate does not shake when workers conduct construction, construction is facilitated, and construction is safer.
