Water-resistant light gypsum material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a water-resistant light gypsum material. The concrete is prepared from, by mass, 100 parts of building gypsum, 5 to 20 parts of cement, 70 to 95 parts of water, 50 to 60 partsof glass beads, 0.2 to 0.7 part of a waterproof agent, 0.2 to 0.7 part of silicone acrylic emulsion, 0.2 to 0.5 part of an adhesive, 0.2 to 0.5 part of a water retaining agent, 0.2 to 0.7 part of a water reducing agent and 0.2 to 0.5 part of a retarder. According to the invention, a sulphoaluminate cement-gypsum composite reaction system is established; through compounding a plurality of auxiliary agents and the content ratio, the dry density of the gypsum-based material is effectively reduced, the strength of the gypsum-based material is ensured, the water resistance of the gypsum-based material is improved, and tests show that the 24-hour water absorption rate of the finished product is greatly reduced.
本发明涉及一种耐水轻质型石膏材料,按原材料质量份数计,包括以下组分:建筑石膏100份、水泥5‑20份、水70‑95份、玻化微珠50‑60份、防水剂0.2‑0.7份、硅丙乳液0.2‑0.7份、胶粘剂0.2‑0.5份、保水剂0.2‑0.5份、减水剂0.2‑0.7份和缓凝剂0.2‑0.5份。本发明建立硫铝酸盐水泥与石膏复合反应体系,通过多种助剂的复配及其含量配比,在有效降低石膏基材料的干密度同时,保证了石膏基材料的强度,并提高石膏基材料的耐水性,通过测试,大大降低了成品的24h吸水率。
