Anti-cracking gypsum-based plastering mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to anti-cracking gypsum-based plastering mortar. Raw materials comprise, by mass, 100 parts of building gypsum, 35 to 45 parts of water, 0.1 to 0.3 part of polypropylene fibers,0.1 to 0.3 part of glass fibers, 0.2 to 0.6 part of a silane coupling agent, 0.2 to 0.6 part of an adhesive, 0.2 to 0.6 part of a water retaining agent, 0.2 to 0.6 part of a water reducing agent and 0.2 to 0.6 part of a retarder. According to the gypsum-based plastering mortar disclosed by the invention, the advantages of the polypropylene fibers and the glass fibers are fully exerted to complement each other, and the fibers with different elasticity moduli have an excellent synergistic effect; the auxiliary agents are added to improve the dispersity of the fibers, thereby enhancing the fiberbridging action in the stress state, further enhancing the toughening and crack arresting effects of the matrix, enhancing the fracture deformation and reducing the relative cracking index.
本发明涉及一种抗裂型石膏基抹面胶浆,其原材料按质量份数计,包括建筑石膏100份、水35‑45份、聚丙烯纤维0.1‑0.3份、玻璃纤维0.1‑0.3份、硅烷偶联剂0.2‑0.6份、胶粘剂0.2‑0.6份、保水剂0.2‑0.6份、减水剂0.2‑0.6份和缓凝剂0.2‑0.6份。本发明的石膏基抹面胶浆通过充分发挥聚丙烯纤维与玻璃纤维之间的优势互补、不同弹性模量纤维间优异的协同作用,加入助剂改善纤维的分散性,从而增强应力状态下的纤维桥接作用,进一步提高基体增韧、阻裂效果,提升其断裂变形量,减少相对开裂指数。
