本发明涉及一种用于建筑防火封堵的高膨胀阻火模块及其制备方法,以质量百分比计,主要含有颗粒状水合硅酸钠0.1%~80%,多孔性无机固体颗粒0.1%~50%,水性粘合剂3%~90%,阻燃剂的质量1%~60%。与现有技术相比,本发明创造性的使用颗粒状水合硅酸钠作为膨胀材料赋予制备膨胀性能,带来的益处是膨胀性能大幅提升,体现在膨胀倍率增加、膨胀后结构的稳定性和强度大幅增加,另外制品在膨胀阻火的同时还具备吸热降温的功能。
