Oxide-doped scandium-zirconium powder and preparation method thereof
The invention provides oxide-doped scandium-zirconium powder and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: S1, mixing a scandium-containing zirconium-containing solutionwith an acid solution doped with a metal oxide to obtain a scandium-zirconium mixed solution, with the metal element in the doped metal oxide being one or more of rare earth elements except scandium element, alkaline earth metal elements, aluminum element and bismuth element; S2, adding a precipitator into the scandium-zirconium mixed solution to regulate the pH value of the system to 7-11, and carrying out a precipitation reaction to obtain a scandium-zirconium precursor solution; S3, filtering the scandium-zirconium precursor solution to obtain a precipitate, washing and drying the precipitate in sequence to obtain a scandium-zirconium precursor; and S4, calcining the scandium-zirconium precursor to obtain the oxide-doped scandium-zirconium powder. By utilizing the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the problem of insufficient phase structure stability of the scandium-zirconium powder prepared in the prior art is effectively solved, and the oxide-doped scandium-zirconiumpowder of which the main phase is a cubic phase is obtained.
本发明提供了一种氧化物掺杂的钪锆粉体及其制备方法。该方法包括以下步骤:S1,将含钪含锆溶液和掺杂金属氧化物的酸溶液混合,得到钪锆混合溶液;其中掺杂金属氧化物中的金属元素为除了钪元素以外的稀土元素、碱土金属元素、铝元素和铋元素中的一种或多种;S2,向钪锆混合溶液中加入沉淀剂调节体系pH至7~11进行沉淀反应,得到钪锆前驱体溶液;S3,将钪锆前驱体溶液进行过滤,得到沉淀物;然后依次对沉淀物进行洗涤、干燥,得到钪锆前驱体;S4,煅烧钪锆前驱体,得到氧化物掺杂的钪锆粉体。利用本发明的制备方法,有效解决了现有技术中制备的钪锆粉体相结构稳定性不足的问题,得到了一种主体相为立方相的氧化物掺杂的钪锆粉体。
