The invention discloses a mullite heat-insulating refractory brick which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 13-20% of biological particles, 45-60% of argil, 15-30% ofkaolin and 10-15% of kyanite, wherein the biological particles are obtained by mixing and grinding crop straws and a wood material into fine powder and then carrying out hot-pressing extrusion. When the mullite heat-insulating refractory brick is produced by the method, the mullite heat-insulating refractory brick has the advantages that the production process is relatively short, waste is sufficiently utilized, the ecological environment is improved, the production cost is reduced, the market competitiveness of the product is improved, the energy consumption is reduced, meanwhile, the normal-temperature compressive strength of the product is high, the high-temperature volume stability is good, the heat conductivity coefficient is lower, and energy conservation and consumption reduction are better facilitated.
本发明公开了一种莫来石隔热耐火砖,是由以下质量比例的原料制成:生物颗粒13‑20%、白毛土45‑60%、高岭土15‑30%、蓝晶石10‑15%;所述生物颗粒是将农作物秸秆和木质材料混合磨成细粉后,通过热压挤出得到生物颗粒。按本方案生产莫来石隔热耐火砖时,具有生产工序相对短,废物利用充足,改善生态环境,且降低了生产成本,增加产品的市场竞争力,降低了能源消耗,同时产品的常温耐压强度高,高温体积稳定性好,导热系数更低,更有利于工业窑炉节能降耗。
