Mullite heat-insulating brick and production process thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of bricks for thermal equipment in the industries of metallurgy, chemical engineering and the like, and discloses a mullite heat-insulating brick which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 35%-65% of alumina powder, 5%-10% of silicon powder, 6%-8% of white corundum powder, 2%-6% of kaolin, 10%-15% of mullite, 5%-10% of ceramic, 8%-20% of water, 5%-10% of saw dust; and 1%-20% of alumina hollow spheres. According to the mullite heat-insulating brick and the production process thereof, the anti-seismic property of the mullite heat-insulating brick is improved, and the mullite heat-insulating brick is prepared from a waste electric porcelain material as a raw material by utilizing waste ceramics aiming at the condition of accumulation and storage of waste electric porcelain materials at present, so that the dual purposes of porcelain material accumulation pollution and resource cyclic utilization improvement are achieved,and the original material resources of the mullite heat-insulating brick can be saved.
本发明涉及冶金、化工等行业热工设备用砖技术领域,且公开了莫来石隔热砖,该材料配方的组分及重量成分组成包括:氧化铝粉:35%‑65%、硅粉:5%‑10%、白钢玉粉:6%‑8%、高岭土:2%‑6%、莫来石:10%‑15%、陶瓷:5%‑10%、水:8%‑20%;锯末:5%‑10%;氧化铝空心球:1%‑20%。该莫来石隔热砖及其生产工艺,提高了莫来石隔热砖的抗震性能,以废弃电瓷材料为原材料,针对目前电瓷废料堆积存放的情况,利用废弃的陶瓷来制备莫来石隔热砖,从而实现瓷料堆积污染和资源循环利用改善的双重目的,且也可以节省莫来石隔热砖原有的材料资源。
