The invention discloses a concrete box bridge body external prestressed reinforcement bundle mounting structure. The mounting structure comprises a concrete box bridge, a plurality of groups of concrete supporting plates are uniformly mounted in the concrete box bridge; an arched cavity channel is formed between every two adjacent groups of concrete supporting plates; reinforcing plates are vertically arranged in the concrete supporting plates located at the two ends, penetrating holes are formed in the multiple sets of concrete supporting plates located on the inner side, guide pipes are castin the penetrating holes, multiple sets of steel bar bundles are inserted between the multiple sets of guide pipes in a penetrating mode, and the two ends of the steel bar bundles are connected withthe reinforcing plates. Reinforcing steel bar bundles for reinforced connection are designed between the precast concrete box bridges; the integrity of the bridge can be improved through the reinforcing steel bar bundles, the special guide pipes are designed at the joints of the reinforcing steel bar bundles and the bridge body, damage of the reinforcing steel bar bundles to the wall can be reduced, the end fixing mechanisms for fixing the reinforcing steel bar bundles are installed at the two ends of the reinforcing steel bar bundles, and the stability and strength of reinforcing steel bar bundle installation can be effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种混凝土箱桥体外预应力钢筋束安装结构,包括混凝土箱桥,混凝土箱桥内部均匀安装有若干组混凝土支撑板,相邻两组混凝土支撑板之间形成有拱形腔道,位于两端的混凝土支撑板内部垂直设置有加固板,且位于内侧的若干组混凝土支撑板上均开设有穿孔,穿孔内浇铸有导向管,若干组导向管之间穿插有若干组钢筋束,钢筋束两端与加固板相连接。本发明在预制混凝土箱桥之间设计有进行加固连接的钢筋束,通过钢筋束可以提高桥梁的整体性,并且在钢筋束与桥体的连接处设计有专门的导向管,可以减小钢筋束对墙体的损坏,并且在钢筋束的两端安装有对钢筋束进行固定的端部固定机构,可以有效的提高钢筋束安装的稳定性和强度。
