Presented are solutions, including a base, a supporting column is fixed to one side of the outer wall of the top of the base through screws. A groove is formed in the outer wall of one side of the supporting column; a motor is fixed to the outer wall of the top of the groove through screws. An output shaft of the motor is connected with a screw rod through a coupler; the outer wall of the lead screw is sleeved with a lifting plate, an electric control sliding rail is arranged on the outer wall of the bottom of the lifting plate, a sliding block is slidably connected to the inner wall of the electric control sliding rail, an electric telescopic rod is fixed to the outer wall of the bottom ofthe sliding block through screws, and a portal frame is fixed to one end of a piston rod of the electric telescopic rod through screws. Most dust on the surface of the guardrail can be removed, the cleaning effect is good, cleanness of a city is guaranteed, and the use requirements of people are met.
