The invention provides a turnable ditch pouring modular reverse formwork system. The system is formed by splicing a plurality of supporting units, wherein each supporting unit comprises a left formwork, a right formwork, and a plurality of adjustable supporting pieces arranged between the left formwork and the right formwork; and the adjustable supporting pieces comprise the left supporting piecesand the right supporting pieces, the right supporting pieces are embedded in the left supporting pieces, and a plurality of reserved holes through which positioning bolts can penetrate are formed inthe nesting positions of the left supporting pieces and the right supporting pieces on the adjustable supporting pieces. The turnable ditch pouring modular reverse formwork system can improve the construction efficiency and the construction quality of a ditch reverse formwork, has the characteristics of adjustable width and modular turnover assembly, greatly improves the turnover rate of materials, reduces the cost of materials and labor, and shortens the construction period at the same time.
