Cast-in-place concrete drainage ditch integrated formwork pouring device and pouring method thereof
The invention discloses a cast-in-place concrete drainage ditch integrated formwork erecting and pouring device which comprises a feeding device, a collecting and releasing distributing device and a sliding groove formwork device. The feeding device is used for conveying materials into the collecting and releasing distributing device. The collecting and releasing material distributing device comprises a material distributing frame, a spiral material distributing device, a material distributing table, a sliding plate and an L-shaped sliding rod, the number of the sliding groove template devices is not less than one, the sliding groove template devices are sequentially connected in the longitudinal direction, each sliding groove template device comprises two template assemblies which are arranged in a bilateral symmetry mode, each template assembly comprises two longitudinal plate frames, and the two longitudinal plate frames are arranged in the longitudinal direction. A template groove for pouring concrete is formed between the two longitudinal grillages; the bottom of the L-shaped sliding rod is fixedly connected with a sliding device. The problems that an existing hopper device is not prone to moving, and concrete is splashed or separated due to the too high discharging speed are solved. The mutual fastening of the formwork and the moving part in the concrete pouring section is realized, the concrete formwork explosion can be better avoided, and the discharging speed and the discharging amount can be controlled to reduce segregation.
本发明公开了一种现浇式混凝土排水沟一体化支模浇筑装置,包括加料装置、收放分料装置及滑槽模板装置;所述加料装置用于将物料输送到收放分料装置中;所述收放分料装置包括分料框、螺旋布料装置、分料台、滑动板及L型滑杆,所述滑槽模板装置数量不少于一个,沿纵向方向依次连接,每个滑槽模板装置包括左右对称布置的两个模板组件,每个模板组件包括两个纵向板架,两个纵向板架之间形成浇筑混凝土的模板槽;L型滑杆底部固定连接有滑动装置;解决了现有料斗装置不易移动及混凝土卸料速度过快而飞溅或离析的问题;实现了在混凝土浇筑段落模板与移动部分的互相紧固,能够更好地避免混凝土炸模以及控制出料速度和出料量以减小离析。
