The invention relates to an underground diaphragm wall foundation pit construction method which is characterized by comprising the following steps: S1, before grooving of an underground diaphragm wall, manufacturing a guide wall first, adopting a total station for lofting, and considering the construction error and convergence of a maintenance structure during the foundation pit excavation stage,adopting automobile pumps to symmetrically pour the guide wall, and carrying out form removal when the strength of the guide wall reaches 70%; S2, adopting a grooving machine for grooving of a hydraulic grab, and detecting the depth of the groove section and the perpendicularity of the wall surface of the groove section; S3, sequentially processing the bottom bar, sounding pipe, truss bar, reserved relay, pulping pipe, inclinometer, surface bar and protective layer cushion block of a reinforcement cage; S4, constructing the underground diaphragm wall body, adopting the catheter method for concrete casting, adopting a screw thread to connecting a guide pipe, and adopting an annular rubber blanket to seal the guide pipe; and S5, pulling a fore shaft pipe from the top, and according to the onsite concrete pouring log sheet to calculate the allowed top pulling height of the fore shaft pipe to realize the effect of improving the construction efficiency.
