The invention discloses a rock-socketed construction technology for a large-diameter steel pipe inclined pile of an offshore wind power high-rise pile cap foundation. The technology comprises the following processes of steel pipe pile sinking, platform bearing frame installation, rock-socketed construction platform installation, rock-socketed equipment installation, steel pipe pile rock-socketed construction and rock-socketed construction platform removal. When the platform bearing frame installation process is performed, a platform bearing frame adopts an H-type steel structure or a cap bottom sealing reinforced concrete structure; when the rock-socketed equipment installation process is performed, a drilling machine and an 80 t crawler crane are arranged on a rock-socketed construction platform, and auxiliary facilities including a container, a generator, a slag collecting box and an air compressor and living facilities are arranged; and the steel pipe pile rock-socketed constructionprocess comprises the following steps of hole drilling protection wall slurry mixture ratio test, hole forming, hole cleaning, steel reinforcement cage hoisting, guide pipe lowering installation andconcrete pouring. The rock-socketed construction technology has the advantages that the standardized construction degree is high, the construction safety is well guaranteed, and the construction progress can be greatly improved.
