The invention relates to the technical field of supporting piles, and discloses a large-diameter rock-socketed firstly-inserted steel pipe supporting pile combined pile-forming positioning construction method which comprises the following steps: step 1, full-sleeve protective wall drilling; 2, rock breaking and drilling are conducted through an RCD drilling machine; thirdly, tool column hole opening positioning is conducted; fourthly, concrete is poured; and fifthly, the tool column is dismantled. When an upper poor soil layer is drilled, full-casing full-process follow-up is adopted, the casing sinks to the rock surface, and the hole collapse problem of poor stratums such as a silt layer and a sand layer is effectively solved; the full-casing full-slewing drilling machine, the rotary drilling machine and the RCD drilling machine are adopted for matched construction, compared with a vibratory hammer pressing and pulling steel casing and rotary drilling grading reaming rock-entering drilling, vibration generated is small, disturbance to an upper soft soil layer is reduced, surrounding strata are prevented from deforming, the disturbance to the upper soft soil layer is reduced due to small vibration, and the surrounding strata are prevented from deforming; and adverse effects on operation of adjacent buildings (structures) and subways are reduced.
本发明涉及支承桩柱技术领域,且公开了大直径嵌岩先插钢管支承桩柱组合成桩定位施工方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、全套管护壁钻进;步骤二、RCD钻机破岩钻进;步骤三、工具柱孔口定位;步骤四、灌注混凝土;步骤五、拆除工具柱。本发明通过在上部不良土层钻进时,采用全套管全过程跟进,套管下沉至岩面,有效解决了淤泥层、砂层等不良地层塌孔问题;采用全套管全回转钻机、旋挖钻机、RCD钻机配套施工,相比振动锤压拔钢护筒、旋挖分级扩孔入岩钻进产生震动小,对上部软土层扰动减小防止周边地层出现变形,达到了震动小对上部软土层扰动减小,防止周边地层出现变形,减少对临近建(构)筑物、地铁运营的不利影响的有益效果。
