Prefabricated underground comprehensive pipe rack and construction method
An embodiment of the invention discloses a prefabricated underground comprehensive pipe rack. The prefabricated underground comprehensive pipe rack comprises a comprehensive pipe rack singe body, connecting assembly and a supporting structure used for supporting the comprehensive pipe rack single body, wherein the comprehensive pipe rack single body is arranged on a pipe rack foundation. A construction method comprises following steps: step 100, supporting sleeves are inserted into selected comprehensive pipe rack mounting positions, and an underground passage is excavated after the supportingsleeves are inserted; step 200, the supporting sleeves are pulled out gradually after the underground passage is excavated, supporting sleeve columns are formed by pouring after the supporting sleeves are pulled out, and a supporting structure is constructed with the supporting sleeves as the base; step 300, an upper pipe rack section is laid on the formed supporting structure, a middle pipe racksection is laid with the lower pipe rack section as a passage, and an upper pipe rack section is mounted with a regression method; and step 400, the assembled comprehensive pipe rack is subjected tosecondary sealing processing. Accessory structures such as the pipe rack foundation are constructed while the supporting structure is built, so that functions of the pipe rack are reduced, and dead weight of the pipe rack and economic cost of construction are reduced.
