Bottom plate post-cast strip non-dismantling formwork and strengthening method thereof
The invention discloses a bottom plate post-cast strip non-dismantling formwork and a strengthening method thereof. The non-dismantling formwork comprises a supporting framework of a rectangular meshframe structure. Steel plate meshes each of a rectangular mesh-shaped structure are connected to the supporting framework. A transverse water stop steel plate is connected with the middle portion of the supporting framework. The upper end of the supporting framework is connected with one ends of at least two evenly-distributed transverse face reinforcing steel bars. The upper end of the supportingframework is connected with one ends of bottom reinforcing steel bars. The face reinforcing steel bars and the bottom reinforcing steel bars are parallel to the plate face of the water stop steel plate. The bottom plate post-cast strip non-dismantling formwork is convenient to install, the construction efficiency is improved, bottom plate leakage is avoided, cost is reduced, and the economic performance and the environmental protection property are improved. The problem that it is difficult to detach a lower portion formwork of the water stop steel plate and the problem of sundry removal of the dense reinforcing steel bar area of a post-cast strip are solved, materials which are used are simple, components are installed on site after being machined and manufactured in a concentrated manner, and the bottom plate post-cast strip non-dismantling formwork and the strengthening method are suitable for post-cast strip strengthening of bottom plates of different thicknesses. Cutting of bottom plate post-cast strip reinforcing steel bars is avoided, and the structure integrity is ensured. Structures are not damaged in the manufacturing, installing and cleaning processes.
