The invention relates to building construction, in particular to a post-cast strip bottom formwork hoisting device and a construction method thereof. The bottom formwork is arranged at the bottom of the post-cast strip and comprises a water stop screw rod, an upper beam, supporting rods and a lower beam, the supporting rods are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the two ends of the bottom face of the upper beam, the lower beam is arranged at the bottom of the bottom formwork, the upper beam and the lower beam are provided with bolt holes for the water stop screw rod to penetrate through, and the water stop screw rod sequentially penetrates through the upper beam, the bottom formwork and the lower beam. The upper cross beam and the lower cross beam are connected through the water stop screws, and the bottom formwork is made to be tightly attached to the bottom faces of the concrete structures on the two sides of the post-cast strip. According to the method, the time for fixing the post-cast strip bottom formwork is remarkably shortened, the working efficiency is improved, a post-cast strip bottom support does not need to be manually erected, and the stability and safety are high in the concrete pouring process; the device is simple in structure, convenient to use, low in manufacturing cost, capable of being manufactured by welding square steel and steel pipes on a construction site and high in practicability.
本发明涉及建筑施工,特别是一种后浇带底模板吊模装置及其施工方法。底模板置于后浇带的底部,包括止水螺杆,还包括上横梁、支撑杆和下横梁,上横梁底面的两端对称固接有支撑杆,下横梁置于底模板的底部,上横梁和所述下横梁开设有用于穿设止水螺杆的螺栓孔,止水螺杆依次贯穿上横梁、底模板和下横梁,上横梁和下横梁通过所述止水螺杆连接且使底模板紧贴在后浇带两侧的砼结构的底面。本发明显著缩短固定后浇带底模板时间,提高工作效率,不需要人工搭设后浇带底部支架,混凝土浇筑过程中稳定性好,安全性高;结构简单,使用方便,制作成本低,可使用施工现场的方钢、钢管进行焊接制作,实用性较强。
