The invention relates to a tubular pile pulling resistance detection device and method. The tubular pile pulling resistance detection device comprises at least two side blocks and hydraulic jacks; thehydraulic jacks are arranged on the side blocks, counterforce beams are erected at the tops of the multiple hydraulic jacks, fixed beams are arranged at the middle parts of the counterforce beams, aplurality of vertically arranged vertical rods are fixed to the fixed beams, a connecting plate is fixed to the bottoms of the multiple vertical rods, and gaps are reserved between the bottoms of thevertical rods and the ground; and an end plate is arranged at the top of a pile body to be detected, a plurality of connecting assemblies are detachably and fixedly assembled between the end plate andthe connecting plate, a flange plate is arranged on the upper surface of the end plate in a fitting mode and circumferential side joints of the flange plate and the end plate are welded for a round,the flange plate is provided with a perforation, a displacement sensor is installed on a supporting frame and located below the connecting plate, and the displacement sensor is in touch with the connecting assemblies. A connecting structure between the counterforce beam and the pile body to be detected is firmer, is difficult to damage, and transferring of drawing force to the pile body to be detected is facilitated.
本发明涉及一种管桩抗拔力检测装置及检测方法,该装置包括:边墩和液压千斤顶;边墩至少设置有两个,液压千斤顶设于边墩上,反力梁架设于多个液压千斤顶的顶部,反力梁的中间部位设置有固定梁,固定梁上固定多根竖向布置的竖杆,连接板固定于多根竖杆的底部,竖杆的底部和地面之间留有间隙;待检测桩体的顶部设置有端板,连接组件可拆式固定装配于端板和连接板之间,连接组件设置有多组,法兰盘贴合设于端板的上表面且两者的周侧接缝处焊接一圈,法兰盘设置有穿孔,位移传感器安装于支撑架上且位于连接板的下方,位移传感器和连接组件相接触。本发明的反力梁和待检测桩体之间的连接结构更加牢固,不易损坏,有利于拉拔力传递至待检测桩体上。
