Pile pulling method and device for tubular pile
The invention belongs to the technical field of pile pulling methods and equipment, and particularly relates to a pile pulling method and device for a tubular pile. The pile pulling method comprises the following steps: an old pile device positioning step of positioning the tubular pile to be pulled, and dropping a main body pole piece to a position, within certain distance from the bottom of thetubular pole, inside the tubular pile; a grouting step of injecting a slurry binder into the tubular pile through a grouting tube between the inner wall of the tubular pile and the main body pole piece, and utilizing the slurry binder to fill and seal a gap between the position, close to the lower end part, of the main body pole piece and the inner wall of the tubular pile; and a pile pulling stepof pulling out the tubular pile through interaction force between the slurry binder and the inner wall of the tubular pile. The pile pulling method for the tubular pile provided by the invention connects the main body pole piece to the tubular pile through micro-expanding cement, directly acts the tubular pile body in the pile pulling process, does not generate influences on a soil body around the pile, and is beneficial for protection of surrounding environment; and the stress area between the pile-pulling pole piece and an old pile is expanded through expanding cement, so that protection onthe pile body during pile pulling is also facilitated.
本发明属于拔桩方法及设备技术领域,具体涉及一种管桩拔桩方法及装置。该方法包括以下步骤:老桩装置定位步骤:定位待拔管桩,将主体杆件下放至管桩内部距离管桩底部一定距离处;注浆步骤:通过管桩内壁与主体杆件之间的注浆管向管桩内部注入浆状粘合剂,并利用浆状粘合剂将主体杆件靠下端部与管桩内壁之间的缝隙填充密封;拔桩步骤:利用浆状粘合剂与管桩内壁之间的相互作用力将管桩拔出。本发明提供的管桩拔桩方法通过微膨胀水泥使主体杆件与管桩连接,拔桩过程中直接作用于管桩自身,对桩周土体不产生影响,有利于周边环境的保护,且膨胀水泥扩大拔桩杆件与老桩之间的受力面积,也有利于拔桩时对桩体的保护。
