The present invention provides a use method of an epidemic prevention closestool. The epidemic prevention closestool comprises a closestool seat, a flushing bucket and a closestool cover, the flushingbucket comprises a water storage bucket and a water storage bucket cover, and the water storage bucket cover comprises a flushing device and a closestool cover covering device; when the closestool isused, the flushing device is used for driving the closestool cover covering device to push the closestool cover to be closed, and after the closestool cover is closed, the flushing device is used forcontrolling the flushing mechanism to flush, so that the aims of closing the closestool cover firstly and then flushing are achieved, and overflowing of bacteria or viruses in the closestool is reduced or avoided.
