According to the intelligent damping structure, the controller adjusts the voltage of the piezoelectric ceramics under the action of different earthquake loads, so that the rotating friction force and the sliding friction force of the core area are adjusted, the purpose that the overall structure is self-adaptive to earthquake response is achieved, and real-time variable-friction shear resistance under the action of medium and small earthquakes is achieved.
