Multi-dimensional self-powered magnetorheological vibration-reduction device
The invention discloses a multi-dimensional self-powered magnetorheological vibration-reduction device, which comprises an external limiting box, a connecting part and an internal energy consumption bucket. The internal energy consumption bucket further comprises an outer sleeve and an inner rotating wheel, and the outer sleeve is fixed to the outer wall of the whole energy consumption bucket. Theinner rotating wheel is formed by welding a first rolling shaft, metal circular tubes and hollow annular barrels, the four sets of metal circular tubes are welded to the first rolling shaft from leftto right, each set comprises the four corresponding metal circular tubes, and one hollow annular barrel is welded to the ends of every two sets of circular tubes in the left-right direction. Two magnets with different magnetic poles are arranged between the two annular barrels, a metal annular disc is arranged between the two magnets, an electric energy extraction and storage unit and a controller are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the metal annular disc correspondingly, and excitation coils are led out from the controller to be wound around the metal circular tubes. The connecting part is composed of springs, a spiral lead screw and toothed rails, one end of the connecting part is connected with the internal energy consuming barrel, the other end of the connecting part is connected with a sliding block, and the sliding block can slide in a track embedded in the box wall of the external limiting box.
