The invention relates to a house building wall structure and a construction method. The house building wall structure comprises a concrete wall body, a masonry wall body and a connector, wherein the masonry wall body comprises a plurality of masonry blocks which are stacked to form the masonry wall body, and a seam between adjacent two masonry blocks is filled with mortar; the connector comprisesa first connecting plate and a second connecting plate; a mounting slot for allowing the first connecting plate to accommodate in a height direction is reserved in the side wall of the concrete wall body; a slide slot is formed in a length direction of the first connecting plate; one end of the second connecting plate is provided with a blocking block which is in sliding fit to the slide slot; thesecond connecting plate is positioned between upper and lower adjacent masonry blocks; the first connecting plate is limited onto the concrete wall body through the mounting slot and the masonry blocks; the blocking block is vertically inserted into the slide slot; and the second connecting plate is rotated, so that the blocking block is blocked in the slide slot, and therefore, the house building wall structure has the advantage of conveniently connecting the masonry blocks to the concrete wall body.
