According to the house building wall structure and the construction method, the prefabricated building blocks and the first connecting pieces are arranged, then the inner wall is quickly formed through piling, the first connecting pieces and second connecting pieces are fastened through the pouring layer poured by concrete, and then the tight combination strength is effectively formed between the inner wall and the outer wall.
