The invention relates to the technical field of laminated slabs and discloses a laminated slab splicing structure. The laminated slab splicing structure comprises a bottom plate, wherein a stabilizingplate is fixedly connected in the bottom plate, a top plate is fixedly connected to the top of the bottom plate, connecting reinforcing steel bars which are fixedly connected to the stabilizing plate, penetrate the bottom plate and the top plate, stretch to the top of the top plate and are distributed uniformly are fixedly connected in the bottom plate, stabilizing reinforcing steel bars are fixedly connected to the tops of the connecting reinforcing steel bars, and reinforcing steel bar troughs are formed outside the top plate. According to the laminated slab splicing structure and the construction method thereof, the connecting reinforcing steel bars are connected by means of the stabilizing plate arranged in the bottom plate, and toughness of the bottom plate and the top plate is increased according to toughness of the bottom plate and the connected connecting reinforcing steel bars, so that the toughness of the whole device is improved, and the integral stability is ensured. The reinforcing steel bar troughs are formed outside the top plate to place force transferring reinforcing steel bars, so that the laminated slabs have relatively good toughness, and it is convenient for auser to use the laminated slab splicing structure.
