The invention discloses a construction method of a frame structure dense splicing type laminated slab building structure, the structure comprises a building structure main body, a supporting template system and laminated slabs, and the building structure main body is a plurality of rectangular frame structures formed by a plurality of supporting columns and cross beams; the supporting formwork system comprises a full framing, a beam enclosure structure and a supporting structure, wherein the beam enclosure structure and the supporting structure are installed on the full framing. The beam enclosure structure comprises a joist, a sole timber, a U-shaped enclosure template, a supporting square timber, a fixed steel pipe and an opposite-pull screw rod; the supporting structure is a supporting plate; the plurality of laminated slabs are tightly spliced and arranged on the supporting structure; the construction method comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing a laminated slab; secondly, a supporting system is built; thirdly, dense splicing construction of the laminated slabs is conducted; and fourthly, a cast-in-place structure is constructed. According to the method, good structural stability is achieved in dense splicing construction, the problems of structural cracks and splicing slurry leakage are avoided, a supporting system is stable and reliable, meanwhile, a construction platform is provided, construction operation is convenient, and generalizability is high.
