Fixture for controlling thickness of steel bar protective layer in concrete structure and construction process
The invention discloses a fixture for controlling the thickness of a steel bar protective layer in a concrete structure. The fixture comprises a galvanized square tube, the two sides of the galvanizedsquare tube are fixedly provided with steel plates of the same structure, one end of each steel plate is welded with the galvanized square tube, and the other end of each steel plate is provided witha plurality of steel bar clamping grooves. A machining method of the fixture includes the steps that one steel plate is cut into a strip shape according to a required size, and the steel bar clampinggrooves are formed in one side of the steel plate; the galvanized square tube is cut into sections matched with the steel plate; and according to the mounting sequence, another steel plate with the steel bar clamping grooves is placed on the galvanized square tube, and the contact positions of the steel plates and the galvanized square tube are welded. The fixture is simple in structure, convenient to machine and low in cost, and materials are easy to obtain. Due to cooperation of the galvanized square tube and the steel plates, the effect of controlling the thickness of the steel bar protective layer is effectively achieved, the thickness detection qualification rate of the steel bar protective layer reaches 95% or above, and design and specification requirements are met.
本发明公开一种用于混凝土结构中控制钢筋保护层厚度的卡具,包括镀锌方管,镀锌方管的两侧固定有结构相同的钢板,钢板的一端与镀锌方管焊接,另一端设有若干钢筋卡槽;卡具的加工方法,是将钢板按照所需尺寸切割成长条状,在钢板的一侧切割出钢筋卡槽;将镀锌方管切割成与钢板匹配的小节;按照安装顺序,在加工平台的下层放置一条切好钢筋卡槽的钢板,上方放置切割好的镀锌方管,镀锌方管上方放置另一条切好钢筋卡槽的钢板,将钢板与镀锌方管的接触位置焊接即可。本发明结构简单,加工便捷,材料易得,成本低。依靠镀锌方管与钢板的配合,有效起到控制钢筋保护层厚度的效果,使钢筋保护层厚度检测合格率达到了95%以上,满足设计及规范要求。
