The invention discloses a floor mounting mechanism and a floor mounting robot provided with the same. The floor mounting mechanism comprises a rotating shaft, a telescopic pushing assembly and a guiding assembly. The telescopic pushing assembly comprises a telescopic mechanism and a first push part, the telescopic mechanism is rotatably connected to the rotating shaft, and the telescopic mechanismis adjustable in length. The first push part is connected to an output end of the telescopic mechanism, and the first push part leans against the side edge of a floor to push the floor suitably. Theguiding assembly is connected to the output end, the guiding assembly defines a guiding track, so that the output end moves according to the guiding track when the telescopic mechanism stretches, andthe end, close to the rotating shaft, of the guiding track is higher than the end, far away from the rotating shaft, of the guiding track. According to the floor mounting mechanism in the embodiment,the telescopic mechanism stretches to change the length and moves according to the guiding track, and the first push part is in contact with the floor successively and applies a force to the side edgeof the floor to push the side edge of the floor and press the floor downward. The mounted floor is level in surface, small in gap and good in mounting quality.
