Uninterrupted building 3D printing device and method
The invention relates to the field of building 3D printing, in particular to an uninterrupted building 3D printing device and method. The 3D printing device includes a 3D printing head, and the 3D printing head comprises a protective cover, a charging barrel, a printing storage bin, a sleeve, a discharging device, an extrusion rod and a stirring blade. The uninterrupted building 3D printing methodutilizing the uninterrupted building 3D printing device comprises the steps that S1, a main feeding port is connected with a building 3D printing ink conveying pipe, and a secondary feeding port is connected with an accelerator conveying pipe; S2, building 3D printing ink and an accelerator are injected; and S3, the building 3D printing ink and the accelerator are stirred by the stirring blade ina printing bin to be uniform, and conveyed by the extrusion rod to the discharging device for printing. The printing device realizes an uninterrupted building 3D printing process, develops the transformation of a building 3D printing technology from a laboratory stage to an engineering application stage, and has the important engineering value.
