Recyclable large concrete cooling device
The invention provides a recyclable large concrete cooling device. The cooling device comprises a self-generating module, an air-cooling heat dissipation module, a heat-conducting medium and a single-side sealed sleeve, wherein the self-generating module is used for providing electric energy of the air-cooling heat dissipation module; the heat-conducting medium is arranged inside the single-side sealed sleeve; the top end of the heat-conducting medium is conductively connected with the air-cooling heat dissipating module; and a heat-conducting medium is arranged between the heat-conducting medium and the single-side closed sleeve. According to the device, cracks generated by uneven stress strain generated due to large internal and external temperature difference after concrete pouring canbe reduced, and the concrete construction quality is improved.
本发明提供一种可循环利用的大体积混凝土降温装置,所述降温装置包括自发电模块,风冷散热模块,导热介质和单侧封闭套管;所述自发电模块用于提供风冷散热模块的电能,所述导热介质置于单侧封闭套管的内部,且导热介质的顶端与风冷散热模块传导连接,且导热介质与单侧封闭套管之间设有导热媒介。本发明能够减少混凝土浇筑后因内外温差较大产生的不均匀应力应变而产生的裂缝,提升混凝土施工质量。
Recyclable large concrete cooling device
The invention provides a recyclable large concrete cooling device.
