Large-volume concrete pouring cooling device
The invention provides a mass concrete pouring cooling device, and relates to the field of building construction. A water tank is included; the water tank is respectively connected with two ends of the sleeve through water inlet and outlet pipes; the casing pipe is arranged on the concrete conveying pipe in a sleeving mode through the fixing device. The sleeve is a trepanned circular ring plastic sleeve with two closed ends; the two ends of the sleeve are provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, and the two ends of the water inlet pipe are connected with the water pump and the water inlet of the sleeve respectively. According to the method, cooling treatment is performed from the temperature before entering a formwork in the pouring process, the rising temperature after concrete enters the formwork is reduced, and therefore the internal and external temperature difference of the concrete is reduced, and cracks are prevented from being generated. The whole equipment is easy to operate and low in cost. Meanwhile, the device can be reused, and the purposes of reducing cost and increasing efficiency are achieved.
本发明提供一种大体积混凝土浇筑降温装置,涉及建筑施工领域。包括水箱;水箱通过进、出水管分别连接套管两端;套管通过固定装置套设在混凝土输送管上;套管为两端封闭开孔型圆环塑料套管;水箱顶部设有抽水泵,套管两端设有进水口和出水口,进水管两端分别与抽水泵和套管的进水口相连。本发明在浇筑过程中入模之前的温度出发,进行降温处理,降低混凝土进入模板后上升的温度,从而减小混凝土的内外温差,防止裂缝的产生。整套设备操作简便,成本较低。同时本装置可以重复利用,达到降本增效目的。
