The invention provides a three-dimensional parking garbage system. The system comprises multiple free parking spaces, at least one moving parking space, at least one lifting well, at least one liftingelevator, at least one linear horizontal moving device and multiple mechanical parking spaces. The lifting wells, the lifting elevators and the linear horizontal moving devices are the same in numberand are in one-to-one correspondence. The moving parking spaces are located at set positions of the lifting wells. The lifting elevators are arranged in the lifting wells and can move vertically in the lifting wells. The multiple mechanical parking spaces are located on multiple layers and are located on one side or two sides of each layer of the lifting elevators. The linear horizontal moving devices move horizontally and can move vertically along with the lifting elevators, and the linear horizontal moving devices can go back and forth between the lifting elevators and the mechanical parking spaces. The three-dimensional parking garbage system has the beneficial effects that the vehicle storing process and the vehicle taking process for a user can be prevented from being mutually affected, each lifting elevator can correspond to multiple vehicle storing and taking outlet and inlet openings, each parking outlet and inlet opening can achieve a temporary vehicle storing function, the waiting time is shortened, and the phenomenon of queuing in the rush hours is avoided; and the vehicle circulation rate is increased, the vehicle storing and taking path is shortened, and the energy consumption is effectively reduced.
