The method comprises the following steps of construction preparation, optimization of an aluminum alloy form, window frame processing, mounting of the embedded fixing piece, window frame positioning and window frame hole treatment, aluminum alloy door and window mounting in place,adjustment of window frame mounting levelness and perpendicularity, aluminum alloy door and window fixing, jointing treatment on gaps between door and window frames and a wall body and gluing and cleaning to finish installation of an aluminum alloy window frame. Compared with the prior art, the plastering-free construction method for the embedded aluminum alloy window frame fixing piece has the advantages that the embedded fixing piece is adopted, so that the aluminum alloy window frame mounting efficiency is improved, low cost and easy operation can be achieved, and it is guaranteed that a window frame concrete structure is not damaged when the aluminum alloy window frame is mounted; and the embedded fixing piece is adopted to replace a traditional exposed long-strip-shaped fixing piece,the aluminum alloy window frame is fixedly installed, and the problem of the plastering-free procedure at the fixing position of the aluminum alloy window frame of an aluminum form as well as the problem that an outer wall leaks after the traditional exposed long-strip-shaped fixing piece is plastered can be solved.
