The invention provides an aluminum alloy window fixing pulling piece and a construction method thereof. An aluminum alloy window fixing pull piece comprises a bottom fixing plate, a fixing base and a plurality of anchoring fulcrums used for fixing an aluminum alloy window, the fixing base is installed on the bottom fixing plate, and the anchoring fulcrums are installed on the fixing base. The bottom fixing plate is used for providing a platform for supporting the fixing base, and meanwhile the whole fixing pull piece is firmly embedded into concrete. The fixed base provides a mounting platform for anchoring fulcrums. The anchoring fulcrums are used for fixing the aluminum alloy window. According to construction requirements, the installation position of the fixing pull piece and the pre-embedded fixing pull piece technology can be flexibly adjusted, the construction procedure of fixing the aluminum alloy window can be simplified, tight connection between the aluminum alloy window and a concrete wall is guaranteed, the fixing pull piece is installed and assembled in a standardized mode, drilling and fixing in the later period are not needed, and polystyrene foam does not need to be filled between the aluminum alloy window and the wall again.
