Connecting structure of door and window mullion and frame or mullions
The invention discloses a connecting structure of a door and window mullion and a frame or mullions. A first connecting profile, a second connecting frame profile and a first connecting block body arearranged, at least one inclined connecting hole running through corresponding side faces and the bottom end face is arranged on one side or two sides of the first connecting block body, fasteners arearranged in the connecting holes, and the second connecting frame profile and the first connecting block body can be fastened through the fasteners in the inclined connecting holes, so that the firstconnecting block body has continuous pre-jacking force for fastening and can clamp a first connecting block and a second connecting frame. In the step of connecting a first connecting frame with thesecond connecting frame, the first and second connecting frames are loosely positioned on the outer side from the inclined second connecting hole through the fasteners, and after the first and secondconnecting frames are adjusted, fastening or threaded connection or jacking of of the first and second connecting frames and the corresponding position of the second connecting frame is achieved to fasten the first and second connecting frames. The connecting block is simple in structure, and quick connection of the first connecting frame and the second connecting frame is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种门窗中梃与框架或中梃与中梃的连接结构,通过设置连接第一、二连接框型材第一连接块本体的,在第一连接块本体一侧或两侧面设有贯穿相应侧面与底端面的至少一个倾斜连接孔,连接孔内设有紧定件,可通过倾斜连接孔内的紧定件紧定第二连接框架型材与第一连接块本体,使第一连接块本体具有持续紧定的预顶力,可卡紧第一连接块与第二连接框。可便于在第一、二连接框连接步骤中,先通过紧定件在外侧从倾斜的第二连接孔先松散定位第一、二连接框,待第一、二连接框调整好后再通过紧定件与第二连接框相应处紧定、螺接或顶紧以紧固第一、二连接框。本发明连接块结构简单,便于第一连接框与第二连接框架的快速连接。
